Wow! That is the first thing that comes to mind when seeing "Lancer" in person. He IS the definition of a European working line Doberman (only better looking than most!) This is one serious dog, and while friendly and social with humans he is a dominant, very active dog that loves to work. I imported Lancer and his half-sister Maulie due to the superior HEART HEALTH this line offers. Lancer is unbelievable loyal and attentive to me, even running beside the quad he keeps his eyes on me. An absolute asset to my desire to produce healthy, old world Dobermans. Note: Lancer is available to at stud only to vWD CLEAR females.

I am so lucky I finally decided to keep an amazing male pup from Lord's last litter, as shortly after Lord was shot and killed on his own fenced property by some coward. Lord was such an amazing dog I can only hope that the pup Odin can carry on his heritage. Odin is a big pup like his sire and has the same bold, solid temperament. Some of his most outstanding traits are his thick, working dog coat, his strong build and tough, loving character. Watch for updates on Odin as he becomes an adult.

Look at those feet! Katie brings the wonderful bone and fabulous deep rust color European Dobermans are renown for. Katie is a brick, and a BIG girl. My beloved Maulie! What wonderful heart health and character she brings to my program. I am so proud to have two dogs from the internationally famous Czech working dog kennel "European K9 Training Base". Poor Maulie experienced an accident at 5 months of age while playing with other dogs. She somehow managed to hyperextend (like stepping in a hole and tearing your ACL) her hind legs and tore both her Achilles' tendons off the hock. Specialist gave her a poor prognosis but Maulie is pure grit and she tolerated months of casts and beat the odds. (Her ears are wonky because I didn't have the heart to post her ears while she was going through all this trauma with her legs). Today Maulie is still crippled, her hocks swollen with arthritis, she cannot be manipulated for an OFA hip xray however the xrays taken during her treatment showed excellent hips and of course both her parents are dysplasia free. What strikes me the most about Maulie is that crippled as she is, if she hears the quad starts up she comes tearing! She is a fanatic about running with the quad around the 20 acres and actually out runs some of the other Dobermans. Maulie is a tank, a robust girl with a powerful temperament. She is the most "old style" of my Dobermans in temperament; not wanting to be friends with strangers - but never inappropriately aggressive. So pleased that Maulie has the rare and positive results of NO DCM 3 and 4 mutations!

A truly beautiful (especially for pure working line!) Doberman. Demanet is going to be a very vaulable foundation for my program which involves weaving together the beauty of the show line dogs with the superior health and working ability of the work line dogs. Domi and her sister X represent (to me) the hard work, expense and long term planning that goes into a serious breeding program. When I spent the money to take Huni to "Grecko" (a Finnish import and well known working Doberman) and raised the litter through all kinds of trauma and expense I was thinking ahead to the future when I could breed the resulting male pup, Soldat Aus Eich (an amazing dog!) into my line. I was planning for years in advance. The time finally came and I bred Soldat to Maulie (the Czech import) which resulted in an amazing litter. I felt compelled to keep two. They are currently just pups, growing up.
